About
Isabel Martin attended the Savannah College of Art and Design, and one of the most valuable parts of that experience was learning to see art everywhere. As she moved her way through college, she became fascinated by movie taglines, as well as product packaging. She consumed a bit too much Domino’s pizza and Ben and Jerry’s ice cream during that time, and she enjoyed studying the copy on pizza boxes and milkshake cups (and parmesan bite boxes, and ice cream pints…). As she moved into the workforce, she always noticed new copy for the companies she worked for and would point it out to her teammates, who never quite understood why she was so excited about it.
As a sequential art major, Isabel still writes fiction and draws comics in her spare time (her longest-running passion project was actually the inspiration for her logo). When she’s not doing that, she’s playing video games— though she’s also recently gotten into solo journaling games, for the times when she feels like writing and gaming at the same time.
